Cheers to the strength and vision of women!

On this International Women's Day, we decided to highlight the fabulous women behind our operations at Place St-Eustache. They ensure that everything runs smoothly daily and that you have an enjoyable experience in our shopping centre.

Marianne Mansour - Senior Property Manager - Operations

Marianne Mansour – Gestionnaire de propriétés principale - Exploitation

What is your career highlight?

Early in my career, I was considering working in international trade. I took a job as an office coordinator to eventually move to another position. However, I fell in love with all things building and management. The rest is history!

What songs motivate you at work?

  • Nice For What - Drake
  • Savage Remix (feat Beyoncé) - Megan Thee Stallion
  • Run the World (Girls) - Beyoncé

These three songs inspire me because, in my opinion, they are songs that relate the power of women in a man's environment.

What woman inspires you daily?

Since I was young, my mother has encouraged me to be compassionate, generous and hardworking. These three qualities support me in my daily life to maintain a better interaction with the people I interact with.

What songs motivate you at work?

I Will Survive by Gloria Gainer and Strong Enough by Cher because every day is a surprise!

What advice would you give to the next generation of women who want to break into the industry (real estate or commercial)?

Perseverance, honesty, respect and communication are the keys to success.

Sarah Boisvert - Coordonnatrice de propriétés

What is the song that motivates you at work?

God is a woman by Ariana Grande. As a woman, this song inspires me to go beyond my limits.

What women inspire you daily?

I lead with my head and my heart, so two women really inspire me every day. One woman is very close to me, my mother. She is the strongest and most resilient person I have ever met. The other who inspires me is Ruth Bader Ginsburg (member of the United States Supreme Court). She broke into a male-dominated industry and fought for gender equality. Both of these women inspire me to be a strong, independent and confident woman.

What advice would you give to the next generation of women who want to break into the industry (real estate or commercial)?

Be brave and confident. Know your worth and accept nothing less. You can do anything you want if you believe in it. Don't be afraid to challenge other people's ideas and step out of your comfort zone. Be a Girl Boss!
