Try to be zen

Do a digital detox
Put your smartphone aside and take a break from social media for a day or more if you are able. You'll quickly realize how much more relaxed you'll feel!
Get outside. Try a hike in the woods, skiing or skating on the lake. Breathe in the fresh air and take in the beauty of your surroundings. The benefits of nature on the nervous system are undeniable.
Take a nap
With parties often ending late, a few extra hours of sleep will help to get you back on your feet quickly. Allow yourself a little afternoon nap to recharge your batteries. After all, that's what vacations are for!
Play with your family
